We were planted in the city days away and watered with love unknowingly to the other.  We were never scorched by the heat but drowned in stacks of snow.  Spring brought us back to life each time.  Inspiration clipped my stem and took me to the country.  I gazed at the sunshine and my petals loved the fresh air. It was time to part.  The back porch was dark.  The street light gazed upon our skin from a distance.  The air was in love and the wind wasn't with us.  We felt dreamy and secure as we looked behind on the sweet moment we had come to know.  He peered into an empty street over my shoulder.  Quickly, he grabbed my hand.  Romantically, I spun into a skinny embrace.  His kiss was pure.  I looked into his eyes and knew he loved me.  He hadn't said it yet and I dare try.
